How to make garlic butter mushrooms
Step 1: Wash and pat the mushrooms dry. Trim the ends and place them on a sheet pan.
Kitchen tips
I used baby bella mushrooms for mine, but white or button mushrooms will also work.
Step 2: Add the butter and fresh minced garlic to a microwave save bowl and heat for 30 seconds, or until the butter is melted.
Stir the salt, pepper, and dried basil into the garlic butter.
Fresh minced garlic is key here, so be sure not to skip this step. I do not recommend using garlic powder.
Step 3: Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the tops of the mushrooms evenly.
Step 4: Roast the mushrooms at 425 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes, until sizzling and juicy. Stir the mushrooms at least one or two times.
I love that these mushrooms are made with all ingredients you probably have on hand. They are a great easy side dish to make for any occasion.
