How to make pumpkin cold brew

Step 1: Make the pumpkin cream cold foam. Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin, pure maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a cup.

Step 2: Use a handheld milk frother for 1-2 minutes to whip the mixture until frothy and thickened. If you do not have a milk frother, you can place the ingredients in a mason jar, put a lid on, and shake vigorously to combine. It won’t be as foamy this way but it will still work.

Now you have homemade pumpkin cream! For a sweet pumpkin cold brew like starbucks, you can use the full amount of pumpkin foam for one cup of coffee.

For a less sweet coffee, divide the pumpkin cream in half and use each half in one cup of cold brew. I like to buy starbucks brand cold brew coffee for this recipe, but any brand of cold brew will work.

How to store pumpkin cold foam

Store any leftover pumpkin cream in a mason jar with a lid in the fridge for the next day’s coffee.

Step 3: Add ice to a tall glass.

Step 4: pour the cold brew coffee over the ice. You can make the cold brew yourself, or use the store bought kind.

Step 5: mix together the pumpkin cream into the cold brew coffee until combined.

This pumpkin coffee is so ultra creamy and tastes just like a coffee shop treat. Perfectly pumpkin spiced and richly flavorful.

If you need a delicious coffee pick me up, try making it this week! It was such a fun and yummy seasonal treat.
